Recovering Message From Microchip?

I once recorded a build-a-bear message for my mom for Christmas, but the message was no longer there. I fiddled with the device for recording and accidentally recorded over the message. I want to know if it is possible to recover the original message with the original voices. I realize it is unlikely.

Not sure. Contact the help e-mail or number at the website. There might be a way. I know that there is a way to fix it if it's not recorded over and ran out of batteries, but I'm not sure if you can if you recorded over it. If there is a way, you will probably have to send it away to the company to get it fixed.
